As a handson Creative Director (B2B) at Jack youll be accountable for generating big brave bold creative ideas and helping direct how those ideas come to life (about 40 concepting 60 . This is a researchdriven account for a power management company and youll be responsible for digesting and distilling key concepts via different forms of content conversations with subject matter experts and your own inquisitiveness and research. Taking what you learn youll come up with creative concepts youll help execute including gamification projects. Youll report directly to the VP Group Creative Director of the Boston office while being responsible for overseeing both copy and art. While you have a main b2b client youll be leading about 70 of the time you will also assist on other b2b accounts or new business pitches about 30 of the time.

In Colorado Connecticut Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $140000.00 $170000.00 annually depending on relevant factors including experience internal equity and market considerations. This base pay range is specific to Colorado Connecticut Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
