Job Description for Senior Sales Coordinator :
- Should have experience in handling International calls & customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate sales activities and processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely of sales orders.
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
- Adequately coordinating across the departments
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
- Maintain sales databases CRM systems and documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Experience in B2B sales or account management.
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Wellorganized and responsible with an aptitude in problemsolving
- Should be able to do multitasking
- Fluency in English
