Know Your Rights: Notice for California Applicants: minimal direction and supervision the Senior Application Analyst (HRIS) will oversee the design development testing training and support of Infor Lawson HR modules (GHR TA PM ES and MS). This role requires independent judgment and discretion in maintaining and enhancing the system while providing daytoday support. Collaborate with HR IT and other departments to identify and address system issues implement upgrades and provide technical support and training to endusers. Additionally the Analysts are tasked with generating and maintaining reports configuring system modules to meet the organizations needs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Analyst performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations. The Analyst will also act as a mentor to other members of the team.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:


Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of Lawsons Lawson Talent Management (LTM) module including Global HR Performance Management Talent Acquisition Process flow setup Employee/Manager space and Candidate space
Five 5 years of HRIS or HR generalist experience required.
Proven handson experience of Lawson HCM system implementation a plus in a healthcare setting.
Understands hospital business operations and structure general requirements in an integrated delivery system and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefits procedures
Experience with HRIS database design structure functions processes and tools
Experience in data conversion techniques and methodologies
Experience with Time and Attendance systems like Kronos or JBDev.
Strong knowledge of developing interfaces with third party vendors.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
Must enjoy working in a fastpaced and challenging environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects.
Experience in integrating Lawson HR modules with other Lawson modules like Finance Payroll is required.
Able to travel up to 50


Preferred qualifications:

At least Five 5 years of jobrelated experience in a healthcare environment
Six 6 plus years of handson IT systems/Technology experience
Knowledge of OnBase Document Management System

Benefits may vary based on employment status i.e. fulltime parttime per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $90126.40.00 to $168708.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
