Job Description

Our client in Cape Town is looking to hire a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer for Building Services.

Qualifications & Requirements:
B Eng BSc Eng BTech in Electrical (HC MV LV) Engineering
Must be professionally registered. (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng)
10 years post grad experience
Must be able to deal with both Staff and Clients
Must be Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Previous Consulting Engineering experience


Main Responsibilities:
Electrical Building Services Design Engineer managing own projects and Electrical Design teams for Building Services Projects.
Manage and contract supervision of Building Services projects MV and LV expertise.
Report writing compiling of technical specification and bills of quantities.
Prepare contract documentation.
Liaise with clients staff and other professionals from inception to handover phase.
