- SCHEDULE:Mon Thu:8hrs shiftsbetween 6:00am 6:00pm 30 min lunch break) & Fridays from 6:00am 1:00pm (no lunch break)
- BENEFITS: 11 Paid Holiday Off Days 10 PTO Days 56 Hrs of Sick Leave
- PAY PACKAGES:
- OPTION #1 (W2:$75.00/hr Full Benefits AMG Insurance Coverage
- OPTION #2 1099: $90.00/hrNO AMG COVERAGE NO BENEFITS
DENTIST JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS
- UPDATED RESUME: Must have at least 1yr of relevant recent work exp (Some candidates may require 3 yrs)
- DMD/DDS DEGREE: Must provide diploma showing successful curriculum/program completion of DMD or DDS degree
- EDU REQ: Must be graduate of accredited dental school approved by CODA or ADA
- WORK EXP REQ: 1 yrs of fulltime Dentist work exp POST graduate/residency program
- BLS CERT: Must provide a nonexpired Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
- BOARD ELIGIBILITY: Must be board eligible. Active board certification highly preferred
