What Youve Accomplished
You have completed aBS in Engineering Science or Business. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields or relevant experience in lieu of a degree. You have worked in a relatedrole for at least8 yearsand are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

- Relevant experience in proposals development 3 years . Bruce Power related experience and knowledge is an advantage.
- Past experience with Engineering projects is an advantage.

- Ability to change priorities quickly confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

As aSales Manager in Kincardine Ontario you will be part of the proven team in theInstalled Base Business Unit. Your work will include:
- Develops and implements sales and/or marketing strategies.
- Serves as the primary interface for assigned products services and clients for the assigned product line/portfolio.
- Makes sales presentations to customers and negotiates contract scope and conditions.
- Performs opportunity identification tracking and proposal process and recommends process changes.
- Develops and maintains costumer relationship.
- Manages estimates and facilitates contract amendments so that each deal meets the targeted level of profit margin.
- Create Customer Proposals and Complex offers utilizing existing tools and Templates.
This position requires up to 25 we will enable clean safe and economical lowcarbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.
