Job Description
Our mental health program located in Williamsburg is looking to hire a Yiddishspeaking Program Supervisor for a female office environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of office experience be fluent in Yiddish and demonstrate strong multitasking and team leadership abilities. While experience in Medicaidfunded health programs is a plus we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily office operations within a mental health program.
- Lead and support a team in a female office environment.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
- Assist in coordinating program activities and services.
- Provide guidance and support to staff fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain program compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of office experience.
- Fluency in Yiddish.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in Medicaidfunded health programs is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to programspecific needs.
Location: Williamsburg NY
Salary: $70k$90k
