Job Description:
Interim HealthCare at Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg is seeking compassionate PCAs to provide personalized care to residents. As part of our team you will assist clients with their daytoday needs from personal hygiene to mobility support ensuring they live in a comfortable nurturing environment. Youll be part of an interdisciplinary team that enhances the quality of life for every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and oral hygiene
- Help residents with mobility and positioning including transfers and exercises
- Assist with household tasks like meal preparation shopping and errands
- Provide medication reminders and basic medication administration
- Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly
- Ensure clients homes or rooms are clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in personal care is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Bethany Village
- Positive references and background checks
