Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Exceed financial targets focus on stock turn in stock levels Pareto management and pricing.
- Conduct postseason analysis and contribute to strategic planning including assortment and size curve development.
- Forecast budget and reforecast to meet sales targets and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers supply chain warehouse IT marketing and sales for efficient merchandise flow.
- Guide team in accurate order placement and tracking for timely delivery to distribution centers.
- Ensure supplier deadlines and shipment dates align with cash flow management.
- Evaluate stock levels sales history and aged inventory to improve inventory health.
- Mentor administrative team fostering growth and skill development.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in merchandise/product from a wholesale background.
- Indepth understanding of importing merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Sage Evolution or similar systems isanadvantage.
