Job Title: Tender CoOrdinator
This role will be remote once your fully trained

Position Summary
Support UK Sales Teams ensuring smooth operation of Sales Order Processing Department for increased sales CAS score and customer service at Thermo Fisher Scientific CMD/CAD.
Ensure timely completion and submission of tender responses manage posttender revisions and process awarded contracts.
The jobholder is to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer contact and will embrace and live Thermo 4I values.
Responsibilities:
Tender Coordination
- Work with the Senior Tender Coordinator to implement and maintain a library which houses all relevant information that may potentially be required.
- Help prepare orders for processing when Thermo Fisher Scientific wins the bid checking PO agreeing to T&Cs gathering info and passing to Sales Order Processing.
Record Keeping
- Assist with logging of all tenders issued.
- Update the spreadsheet to track hit rate analyze losses coordinate with salesperson and generate monthly reports for Senior Tender Executive and Commercial General Manager.
Provide support to the Sales Order Processing Team
- Help with the generation of quotes as and when required.
- Regularly update the Quote Generation Form when required.
- Support with Sales Order preparation and approval as required.

- Encourage mutual respect and cooperation within your departmental team and those of other departments.
- Work effectively with the mentorship of the Senior Tender Coordinator to ensure all Tenders we bid on are submitted in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with members of other departments to achieve the Companys goals.

Relationships
- Liaise with the Senior Tender Coordinator daily to agree on deadlines receive advice and mentorship and provide reports on progress.
- Maintain external contacts with customers and potential customers.
- Regular departmental contact with sales team and warehouse for timely and efficient handling and dispatch of tenders.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills ability to work across all levels and functions.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks with different priorities.
- Ability to work in a busy and pressurized environment.
- Selfmotivational.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong IT skills.
