About The Role:
Our Customer Experience Team are the face of our organisation. As a Customer Experience Officer you will serve as the customers primary point of contact and own customer issues from start to finish. In this role you will join our team of customer service superstars to help deliver world class customer experiences. You will provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors. You will regularly be required to think on your feet and have a cando attitude to deliver solutions at a fast pace.
This role is part time with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Flexibility for each role is required as we work to a rotating 7day roster Shifts will include early mornings midday and late nights across weekends and Public Holidays. Please specify in your application what your availability looks like over a normal week.
