Management Trainee Finance Master

Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/ Process Developer/Management Trainee Finance Master
In this role you will be handling the Finance Master data for GL PL CC ICB and other system adjustment process.

Responsibilities
General Ledger (GL) Activity
o Assess and optimize the endtoend process for GL account creation blocking/unblocking and changes.
o Extend GL process improvements to include template company codes for scalability.
o Enhance data quality and minimize errors especially for highvolume GL changes. List of responsibilities
Cost Center (CC) Activity
o Standardize the CC creation process ensuring hierarchical consistency across all financial systems.
o Address and resolve existing blocking/unblocking challenges to improve process efficiency.
o Ensure uniformity in CCrelated changes to maintain consistent financial data.
Profit Center (PC) Activity
o Implement robust processes for accurate creation and management of ERP and CFIN Profit Centers.
o Align Profit Center configurations with critical reporting requirements to ensure seamless financial reporting List of responsibilities
Intercompany Billing (ICB) Activity
o Evaluate and improve data consistency in intercompany billing to reduce reporting errors.
o Develop and implement standardized templates for ICB processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
System Adjustments and Other Processes
o Manage and validate mappings in tables and Master Data Governance (MDG).
o Support supplemental steps processing in MDG for smooth operations.
o Create Change Requests (CRs) in ICBW for extensions in CFIN/MDG processes.
o Perform improvement testing and validate process outcomes.
o Support system upgrades process improvements and testing as they are rolled out.
o Provide support for Excel files such as account structure (Lref) or service team communication details (e.g. NATREF).
o Verification and support for technical requests raised by steadystate operations.
o Address Application Interface Framework (AIF) issues related to master data primarily caused by:
o Coordinate with technical teams for ticket resolution when required.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Domain knowledge on Finace Master Background.
SAPExcel

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
SAP Instances: SAP MDG (M1P); 3 Instances of SAP ECC: Atlas Fusion and Trinity S4 / MRP
Consolidated System CFIN
Domain experience on Finance Master Data on GLPLCC and ICB is must.
Relevant years of FMD experience.
