Your Mission

Boundless is seeking a Senior Manager of B2B Demand Marketing to drive pipeline growth and optimize marketing operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing datadriven demand generation strategies optimizing marketing performance and ensuring seamless operations to maximize impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical marketer with expertise in demand generation campaign management and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy &
    • Develop and execute multichannel demand generation campaigns to drive highquality leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
    • Collaborate with sales product marketing and content teams to create targeted marketing programs aligned with business goals.
    • Optimize lead nurturing workflows ABM initiatives and inbound/outbound marketing efforts to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Marketing Operations & Performance Optimization
    • Manage marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo HubSpot) to drive efficient campaign and lead management.
    • Develop and implement lead scoring attribution modeling and performance tracking processes to enhance marketing effectiveness.
    • Oversee database management ensuring data hygiene segmentation and enrichment to support campaign success.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Establish KPIs and build dashboards to track marketing performance pipeline contribution and ROI.
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance making datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Provide insights on marketing spend efficiency customer acquisition costs and funnel optimization.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration
    • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality SLAs and conversion metrics.
    • Work closely with product marketing to craft compelling messaging and positioning for demand gen initiatives.
    • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging assets for campaigns.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing operations or related roles.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in datadriven decisionmaking and campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record of managing endtoend demand generation programs and driving measurable results.
  • Ability to build and manage complex marketing funnels focusing on conversion and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work crossfunctionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • Experience in SaaS technology or climatefocused industries is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $00. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidates experience qualifications skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process. Additionally Boundless offers its U.S. fulltime employees benefits.
