Now Hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Carrollton TX!
The Warehouse Supervisor ensures a clean organized and efficient warehouse while leading and guiding the team. This role enforces safety and operational procedures supports team development and ensures compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Pay: $20$25 DOE
Shift: 8AM5PM Monday Friday
Location: Carrollton TX
WEEKLY PAY!
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train warehouse staff including delivery drivers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and audit requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory and oversee equipment certification.
Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
Identify process improvements and costsaving opportunities.
Conduct weekly meetings with management and address warehouse issues.
Enforce company policies including attendance and overtime limits.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; 35 years of relevant experience.
Certified forklift operator.
Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying conditions.
Frequent standing walking bending and operating forklifts.
This position requires a motivated leader who fosters teamwork ensures efficiency and maintains high standards in a fastpaced warehouse environment.
