Job Description
DEPARTMENT: Depending on active projects and support needed. May include:
- Supply Chain / Logistics

REPORTING TO: Department Lead
PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION:

As a Libra Industries Intern you will engage in handson work in a targeted business area enhancing skills in time management effective communication data analysis and teamwork. This position will provide you with valuable practical experience by working in a professional environment and developing your business acumen.
Duration: June 2nd to August 8th (flexible depending on dates of summer term)
Length: 10 weeks
Hours: Monday through Friday 68hrs/day 3040 hours/week)
Location: Onsite: Dallas TX facility or Dayton OH facility (Relocation is not available)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Interns will be assigned a Capstone Project to be presented to executive leadership at the conclusion of the program. Each project will provide interns with an opportunity to create solutions that display their perspective and acquired knowledge. These projects could even be implemented into our everyday business practices.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university working toward a bachelors degree.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management vendors and customers.
- Strong decisionmaking problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Integrity dependability enthusiasm and confidentiality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- While performing duties of this job the employee is required to have good hearing and sight.
- You will need to be able to walk the shop floor and be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
