Job Summary
This position is for a researcher with extensive experience in molecular and cellular biology virology cell imaging small animal models and a strong interest in translational research. They will be involved in ongoing NIHfunded projects in the field of neuroHIV neuroprotection and substance abuse. This experienced researcher is also expected to facilitate teamwork and actively participate to the training of graduate students ultimately enhancing the research potential of the whole group.
Essential Functions
Design conduct analyze experiments in line with the overall research strategy of the lab; organize and report experimental data; assist PI with writing of grants and publications literature search preparation of material for presentations technical training of new students and other relevant tasks related to the research mission of the group.

This is a Fulltime temporary position classified as nonexempt. The pay offered is based on the successful candidates qualifications and experience department budget and an internal equity review.
