Job Summary:
The Front Desk Recruiter will serve as the face of the company providing a warm and professional first impression to visitors and callers. In addition to managing reception duties the role will involve assisting with the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a customerfocused attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
1. Greet and assist visitors ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate department.
2. Answer screen and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
3. Maintain the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
4. Handle inquiries from visitors clients and employees providing information or directing them to the relevant person or department.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Recruitment Support:
1. Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and participate in interviews as needed.
5. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation.
6. Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
7. Provide feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Administrative Support:
1. Assist with HRrelated tasks such as maintaining employee records and organizing training sessions.
2. Support various departments with administrative tasks including preparing reports managing calendars and organizing meetings.
3. Assist with organizing company events meetings and training sessions.
4. Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Office Manager.
