We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to conduct functional testing and contribute to test automation for Resiliences customersupporting platform. This platform is built using TypeScript Next.js and React and you will play a key role in its ongoing development by ensuring new features are thoroughly tested and seamlessly integrated. As part of a crossfunctional team you will collaborate with experienced software engineers to enhance both external customerfacing applications and internal tools. While the role involves some manual testing the primary focus will be on automation helping to improve testing efficiency and maintain highquality standards across the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product UX Customer Success and Security engineers to establish user acceptance criteria for new external and internal features.
- Develop and automate test cases for functional testing to ensure the software meets quality standards.
- Build and maintain dependable test automation using Playwright.
- Provide guidance to the Engineering and Product teams on implementing effective test strategies to maintain highquality standards.
- Develop and maintain test data and test environments.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in testing and working with distributed systems ensuring their reliability and performance.
- Programming experience in Typescript and Javascript.
- Experience testing automated testing frameworks ie. Playwright Selenium Cypress.
- Proficiency with git for version control.
- Familiarity with continuous integration practices for managing distributed software development projects efficiently a plus.
$100000 $148000 a year
