Job Description

The opportunity

We are currently seeking 2 Site Engineers to coordinate site activities on a project. In this role you will assist the Project Manager and site team manage construction site activities.

As our newest team members youll be responsible for spearheading a variety of activities that will ensure the success of our construction projects.

Youll be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • Scheduling planning and forecasting all technical activities on site to ensure everything runs efficiently.
  • Working closely with subcontractors during the planning construction and completion phases of our projects ensuring everything comes together seamlessly.
  • Taking control of project documentation making sure everything is organised and uptodate
  • Using your expertise to contribute to technical detailing and problem solving making sure every challenge is met with confidence and skill.
  • Monitor technical implementation testing and quality control on site to ensure the highest standards are met every time.
  • Assisting in the coordination and management of trades working closely with other members of the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

About you

You will have previous experience in a sitebased role and an understanding of the principle of engineering construction and architecture. Other requirements are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 2 years previous experience working on construction sites (Cadetship Graduate Program or similar experience)
  • Experience in building concrete and structural steel structures
  • Construction White Card
  • Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD CHEOPS
