Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Human Resources to join our team in Surat. This is a midlevel fulltime position that plays a crucial role in supporting the HR initiatives and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment employee relations performance management and training and development.

  • Thorough knowledge of HR policies and their implementation to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to address and resolve workplace issues promptly and fairly.
  • Solid understanding of organizational development principles to promote a culture of growth and learning.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor law compliance to ensure all HR practices adhere to legal standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies that align with company goals and meet legal requirements.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address any conflicts or grievances in a professional manner.
  • Oversee performance management processes including appraisals and feedback sessions to drive employee growth.
  • Design and facilitate training programs that support employee development and organizational capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain uptodate records and documentation related to HR activities and employee performance.
