Job Description

The Role:
As our next Global Senior Electronics Engineer youll be designing analog and digital circuitry for complex industrial electromechanical equipment.
What you will do:
- Concepttoproduction design of original differentiating and proven electronic solutions utilizing mix of handson and computeraided engineering.
- Research and improve best practices for analog digital and EMC engineering.
- Interface with other engineering teams stakeholders and customers to understand the application space and business requirements.
- Lead and facilitate highlevel electrical estimation to support business planning activities.
- Lead design reviews and drive improvements in design quality.
- Mentor junior engineers
- Act as a liaison between crossfunctional multisite teams.
- Use outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead and create efficient interfaces with third party engineering partners.
- Aptitude in engineering excellence processes such as FMEA Root Cause Analysis Design of Experiments etc. is a plus.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Professional experience in design engineering.
- Demonstrable record of developing highquality electronic designs from requirements analysis to delivery.
- High speed design with USB Ethernet LVDS signaling.
- Crossfunctional multicultural and/or distributed team collaboration experience.
- Experience developing hardware in an industrial printing domain is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills in both verbal and writing. Including facilitation and collaboration skills necessary to convey technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
