Job Description
Hire Resolves client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Agent able to work in various locations nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract
- Liaise with clients site staff and manage agreed quantities programmes
- Submit monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates
- Set and maintain work sequences and construction programmes
- Control costs and cash flow management
- Set and maintain production targets and operational efficiencies
- Drive projects to completion
- Effective problem solving
- SubContractor management
- Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma
- 56 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Leadership and Business acumen qualities
- Innovative and profit driven
