Job Description
Please Note:
- This is an OnSite position.
- Selected candidate must be willing to work onsite in Woodlawn MD 5 days a week.
Position Description:
- Work with customers to define strategies to best utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
- Develop an agile based workplan and schedule for planning and executing development activities.
- Lead team of developers for providing work products and solutions to the customers.
- Ensure work products meet customer requirements and expectations.
Key Required Skills:
- ServiceNow project management holds specific certifications listed in req.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications including ITSM ITOM Asset Mgt ITBM CSM SecOps GRC and HR
- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
- 5 years of experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
- 5 years of experience in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
- 3 years of experience leading development teams. Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Project Management requirements management and Agile development practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
- Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications with preference for the following:
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
- CIS Customer Service Management
- CIS IT Service Management
- CIS Discovery
- CIS Service Mapping
- CIS Strategic Portfolio Management
- CIS Application Portfolio Management
- CIS Software Asset Management
- CIS Hardware Asset Management
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Web development including technologies such as XHTML CSS3 SQL XML Angular and JavaScript PHP .NET or Java
- Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow
- Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols
- Experience with Business Rules workflow Identification Rules Workspaces and external Portals
- Knowledge of SAML Active Directory or LDAP
- ServiceNow developer Certification including ITSM ITOM Asset Mgt ITBM CSM SecOps GRC TRM/APM or HR Certification
- Project Management or Agile certification
- ITILv4 Foundations Certification
