Position Summary:

Under direct supervision provides customer service and ensures efficient and profitable operation of the Womens Board department.

Receives payments operates a standard cash register makes a required change verifies tapes adjusts for refunds or over rings and balances the cash drawer.

Work Schedule:Full Time/ Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM and must have the flexibility to work weekends as required

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires knowledge of store routines procedures materials and equipment. Knowledge of computerized cash drawer preferred.Highly effective skills to communicate with customers be poised and at ease with strangers and relate to peoplethe ability to operate food service equipment and cash registers.

Work Experience:One to three months of experience.

Location:Johns Hopkins Hospital (Outpatient Center)

Salary Range: Minimum15.00per hour Maximum23.26per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
