We are seekingProduction Operatorsto join our De Pere Wisconsin team.Operators provide support to multiple departments by assisting and/or operating paper mill equipment including material handling equipment and tools. They are also responsible for obtaining supplies for Operators and performing general housekeeping.

- $25.46per hour starting pay
- $1300 retention bonus within 9 months
- $3.75per hour weekend shift premiums! $1.10 per hour weekday night shift premiums!

TheEssential Functions and Primary Responsibilitiesof this role include:
- Must follow Ahlstroms manufacturing and hygiene processes procedures and policies as applicable to the positions areas of responsibility in order to meet and maintain the safety quality and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper
- Assist equipment Operators in all areas of production
- Haul and hoist materials using powered industrial trucks and cranes; load and unload material from machines
- Assist with quality inspections
- Perform regular housekeeping
- Understand and apply safety standards
- Participate in safety improvements throughout the facility
Minimum Occupational Requirements:
- High regard for performing safely and an ability to work well with a team
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis
- Ability to successfully pass a postofferdrug screen and background check
- Ability to work a 12hour rotating shift schedule
PhysicalOccupationalRequirements:
- Perform physical work defined as lifting up to100 lb. with assistance
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work at heights and near rapidly moving machinery
- Operate lifttruck and hoists
- Work in a hot and humid environment
