Opportunity Overview

Our Product Integration and Verification Group is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Product/Hardware Verification Engineer with a strong background in analog mixed signal precision instruments and Power Electronics product verification and leadership for our High Power and DC Instrumentation product team located in our Deer Park Illinois engineering development center. In this role you will be responsible for bringing our newest products from design to production. The Verification Lead will integrate with all functional engineering teams; HW SW Mechanical Logic Thermal Applications Manufacturing etc. and will be responsible for the creation and of an effective and efficient product integration and verification plan. Amongst other things you will use your technical skills your ability to integrate and motivate teams your leadership skills your project management skills as well as your creativity and problemsolving skills to lead the team to success. This is a highly visible position critical to the success of the division. The Product Verification lead is also a senior member of the Product Development organization and will work closely with the division leadership team to champion and drive initiatives and improvements across all engineering disciplines.

• Providing technical expertise in Analog Mixed Signal DC and/or Power Electronics by actively participating in the development of verification test concepts detailed test plans and custom test hardware and software solutions
• Planning leading and executing the product verification aspect of new product development from concept through production release.
• Monitoring verification progress collaborating with team to take proactive actions where necessary to meet objectives.
• Integrate crossfunctionally fostering a collaborative environment sharing successes and building a focused motivated team.
• Ensuring that Teradyne products meet their functional performance and quality requirements.

• BSEE/BSCE required. MS is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of Analog Mixed Signal DC and/or Power Electronics test techniques and automated test solutions.
• Full product life cycle experience from concept stage to product release. Experience with manufacturing release and customer support is a plus.
• 10 years of demonstrated success directly leading projects and/or teams.
• Strong background in objectorientated programming C/C is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to lead integrate and motivate others. Ability to set objectives get agreement monitor progress while empowering the team to be successful.
• Strong ability to work crossfunctionally able to work with others on shared objectives and work quickly and collaboratively to solve problems and overcome challenges.
• Strong communication skills ability to communicate at different levels of abstraction.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is$.This range is a good faith estimate and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
