Workplace Arrangements:
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work onsite from our Laval Office 1001 Bd du CurLabelle Laval QC 4 days a week for an 85 schedule.

What Youll be Doing:
To create the initial tech pack for the Sourcing Manager to get an accurate cost and for supplier to create the initial fit sample
To review and approve virtual fit samples from vendor with appropriate stakeholders (buying and production teams).
To provide detailed sample fit information in a timely manner via tech pack or virtual meeting to ensure quality standards.
Create and maintain blocks fit and grading standards for each commodity to ensure consistency in fit and efficiency in process.
Conduct fit sessions on live models and communicate modifications to overseas suppliers
Maintain production deadlines by prioritizing the organization/logistics of samples approvals.
What Youll Bring:
Diploma or 15 years experience years in the garment industry
Minimum 25 years experience as a Fit Technician with knowledge of overseas production.
Proficient in Microsoft Illustrator Excel Office Suite
Excellent knowledge of garment construction and fit
Detail oriented meticulous
Problem Solver Adaptive and creative
Ability to prioritize work and deliver on demanding deadlines
Collaborative team player
Excellent time management organizational and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills
Assets You May Have:
Bilingual English and French
Previous experience as a Fit technician for mens and ladies woven fabric styles
