What will you be doing

You will oversee several collaborating retailers making sure that the data they provide us with is correct. As well you provide them with information on market trends and data analysis.

It will be also part of your responsibilities to increase revenue from the sale of services to assigned retailers.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and attend to a certain number of collaborating retailers (Top Level):

o Make sure that the information they provide us with reaches us correctly.

o Learn about the level of information to share with them taking into account (retail needs size of the retailer and level of collaboration it has)

o Support to review monthly the sets of reports that we share with each retailer.

o Support them in the management of UNIFY (report viewer).

o Stay up to date with market trends

o Support in resolving incidents.

o Review Field Audit reports and send it to clients.

Requirements

o Degree in business economics etc.

o Good level of English.

o Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Excel Powerpoint Access SQL Server Power BI/Qlik/Tableau.

o Knowledge of the FMCG industry
