We are looking for freshers to join our team as Recruitment Executive HR (WFO) at Wave Galleria Wave City Ghaziabad.
Company Name: HireWala
Designation: Recruitment Executive HR
Fix Salary: Rs. 10k to 15k incentive per closing
Experience: Minimum 01 year in recruitment. (Experience in recruitment agency will be preferred)
Location: Wave Galleria Wave City Ghaziabad.
Office Timing: 09.30 to 05.30 pm (Monday to Saturday one Saturday is off)
Mandatory: Laptop (company will provide mobile number & WiFi connection)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from start to finish including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully filling positions with top talent excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards social media referrals etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms
Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
Requirements:
1 years of experience in recruitment or HR
Proven track record of successful recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of recruitment software and tools (ATS job boards etc.
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
