This role offers up to 75 remote work giving you the flexibility to support your clients while maintaining a healthy worklife balance. Position Overview: Housing Stabilization Specialists assist individuals with disabilities to obtain stable and affordable housing. Common tasks are meeting with clients assessing and overcoming barriers pertaining to housing identifying and accessing community financial resources and assisting clients in developing skills to maintain housing.This role reports to the Program Manager and has no direct reports. Role Responsibilities: - Meet with clients in community settings and virtually.
- Visit and Tour potential properties.
- Communicate with external resources regarding funding and access.
- Identify and encourage client strengths regarding maintaining housing.
- Identify client weaknesses regarding maintaining housing and help client develop skills to overcome.
- Documentation of individual client progress and communication to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualification and Experience: - Posses a personcentered approach consistent with the Philosophical approach of the individual program and RTI.
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.
- Other as needed as company and role grows or evolves.
- Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
- Ability to pass the BCA Criminal Background Check and the Sexual Exploitation of Patients by Psychotherapist screen required by DHS.
- Ability to pass screening required by Federal Human Services office of the Inspector General
- Ability to organize and work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Metro Area with a current drivers license clean record and personal vehicle with insurance.
Preferred Qualification andExperience:
- 1 year work experience working in a highly independent environment with a proven track record of success.
- 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities to obtain stable and affordable housing.
- 1 year work experience in a role requiring high levels of detail oriented documentation

Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour This position is paid for all hours spent with participants recorded in RTIs EMR (Procentive). Any additional nondirect compensated time must be preapproved by the supervisor. Type: FullTime Location: In office for the initial 30 day introductory period; followed by services rendered primarily inperson with up to 40 remote work based on client needs
