Position Overview:

This is an internship for 3 6 months depending on availability.

About The Role:

  • Assist the Product Development team in developing new product and maintaining historical styles.
  • Support the team with measuring and reviewing prototypes and ordering RMs.
  • Work with the PD developers in maintaining the Bill of Materials in AX and PLM systems.
  • Create historical/current development boards/binders and update older historical versions to ensure accuracy and consistency in partnership with the developers.
  • Communication with sample room regarding RM inventory and needs on behalf of PD.
  • Catalogue and maintain development sample closet
  • Coordinate and compile reference material to be used by other departments such as QA PE and Production.
  • Complies with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend meetings and fit sessions when necessary.

About You:

  • Completed or nearing completion of a Fashion Design degree or diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Skills; including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Attention to detail and discretion is extremely important
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
