Overview:
40 hours per week. 4 10hour shifts MondayFriday Day Shift Hours will vary from 6am11:30pm.
Or
40 hours per week. 5 8hour shifts
Occasional weekends holiday and call
Nonexempt Benefits Eligible.
Pay starts at $20.00 based on experience
Job Description Summary:
Job Description:
- Prepares operating rooms for surgery by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and surfaces.
- Assists surgical team with use of instruments and supplies.
- Maintains inventory of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Assists clinical staff with transferring and positioning patients as needed.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure Requirement:

Certifications:
BLS Certification preferred.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
- Selfstarter who requires little or no supervision.
- Ability torespond appropriately tolife threatening situations.
- Effective multitasking interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to workunder pressure in a stressful environment.
- Working knowledge of supply chain ormaterials management.
- Working knowledge of surgical and anesthesia procedures.
Experience:
Previous health care experience preferred.
