Position reports to Morrisville NC site and will support the Corporate Global Business Services (GBS) Division.

This Material Compliance Program Manager (Project Manager) position provides a oneofakind chance to coordinate global programs centered around material compliance initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build and implement an outstanding longlasting framework for regulatory compliance throughout the organization. Your leadership will play an important role in guaranteeing outstanding and uniform practices across a range of projects. You will work together with individuals from different Global Functions and external entities to establish a cohesive and consistent approach.
Lead cross business resources to ensure smooth and efficient of projects designed to meet different product compliance requirements.
Develop creative solutions for addressing the needs of a diverse and matrixed organization.
Coordinate crossfunctional geographically distributed teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Influence key partners to achieve key results on time and within plan developing relationships within the company and external partners to complete program results.
Facilitate breakthrough thinking by integrating diverse views while participating in targeted sessions to enable problem solving.
Work closely with project partners and supporters to establish reporting schedules that lead to a unified and reliable program information.
Prepare and maintain project plans and define results.
Employ the fitforpurpose methodology for each project.
Resolve complex issues and lead critical path processes as they relate to project delivery.
Identify and handle potential risks problems tasks and decisions address important issues and work towards developing strategies to minimize their impact.
Document and communicate the status and results of the projects.
Gather project information and ensure clear communication of the outcome of the meeting (risks issues actions and decisions).
Lead regular reporting cadence and adhoc reports including leadership reports & presentations.
Keys to Success:
Bachelors degree required preferably businessrelated.
46 years of experience in leading complex programs and project initiatives ranging from process improvements transitions regulatory compliance initiatives and system implementations.
Product Compliance /Product development experience is helpful.
Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification highly desirable.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Strong project management skills and abilities (using planning tools defining goals developing a rationale and baseline).
Ability to work independently within a team and collaboratively across teams.
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of following through on commitments.
Proven planning organizational and time management skills.
Collaborative individual capable of effectively working in a team environment.
