New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a wellestablished multidisciplinary mental health practice located in Westlake Village. We are passionate about providing highquality care to our local community and are seeking dedicated and motivated Fulltime and Parttime Licensed Psychotherapists to join our growing team!

What Youll Do:
- Maintain a caseload of 30 active clients for fulltime and 20 active clients for parttime providing highquality outpatient mental health therapy to individuals couples and families.
- Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.
What Youll Need:
- Masters degree in psychology counseling or a related field.
- Active CA BBS license (LCSWPsyDs)
- Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A desire to grow within a private clinic organization

Rates:
LCSW $60$75 per clinical hour; increase in semiannual and annual per evaluation
Licensed Psychologist $67$90 per clinical hour; increase in semiannual and annual per evaluation
Work Setup:Hybrid one to two days a week to provide in person therapy plus work from home options.
