Were looking for Talent Specialists I to join our team. In this roles youll identify attract and hire top talent to help us reach our business goals.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience.
*Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
What you need to know
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hires experience.

Location: Position is located onsite in College Station Texas.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting hiring and employment.
Track record of personal accountability integrity and proven organizational skills.
Strong written communication analytical interpersonal customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application background investigation and credential verification.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study.
More than one year of experience of recruiting screening interviewing and hiring activities.
Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.
