- Conduct regular performance reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure ongoing professional development for team members. AIpowered solutions
- Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments ensuring alignment of technical goals with business objectives.
- Oversee the design implementation and optimization of scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient deployment cycles.
- Implement and drive best practices in DevOps infrastructure automation and cloudnative technologies (AWS Azure GCP Kubernetes Docker Terraform etc..
- Ensure high availability reliability and performance of production systems and services through proactive monitoring and automated recovery solutions.
- Design implement and optimize microservicebased architectures for scalable resilient and secure applications.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to define clear service boundaries API standards and interservice communication strategies.
- Lead efforts for system refactoring ensuring that microservices are optimized for maintainability and scalability
- Stay current on emerging trends in AI/Gen AI/ ML and ensure the team adopts relevant technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Quality Assurance & Technical Excellence:
- Ensure a high level of code quality maintainability and efficiency by enforcing code reviews testing standards and documentation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing technical debt implementing monitoring and logging best practices and optimizing systems for performance.
- Actively contribute to the resolution of complex technical issues and drive innovation through research and development.
