Requirements

The Marcom Analytics Specialist will play a pivotal role inshaping datadriven marketing and communication strategies. This role isresponsible for analysing the performance of marketing campaigns identifyingtrends and providing actionable insights to enhance brand communicationaudience engagement and campaign ROI. The ideal candidate is analyticaldetailoriented and has a passion for interpreting data to drive impactfulmarketing initiatives.

Handson experience in visualization/Business intelligence(Power BI Tableau etc).

Create interactive and visually appealing dashboardsreports and data.

Manage and organize marketing data from various platformsensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Maintain dashboards and visualization tools for realtimeperformance monitoring.

Collaborate with the Marcom team to translate insightsinto actionable marketing strategies.

Provide recommendations to improve messaging targetingand channel effectiveness.

Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics socialmedia insights and CRM systems to extract and interpret data.

Explore and implement new analytics tools to enhance datacollection and reporting.

Manage the multichannel campaign analytics.


Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Marketing Business AnalyticsStatistics or related field.

Experience: 35 years of experience in marketinganalytics preferably within a marketing team of a brand.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google AnalyticsTableau Power BI Zoho CRM).

Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g.Meta Insights LinkedIn Analytics).

Basic understanding of SQL and data querying is a plus.
