Job Description
Ajax Systems is an international technological company and Europes largest security system manufacturer. In addition the company offers solutions for video surveillance smart homes fire detection and flood prevention. The product portfolio includes 180 wireless and wired devices for security and automation. Today Ajax protects over 3.5 million users in 187 countries worldwide. The company employs 4100 specialists.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a BA in Smart Home Stream.
Required skills:
- 2years ofexperience asaBusiness/System Analyst insoftware companies.
- Upperintermediate orAdvanced English strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience incollection and elaboration ofrequirements.
- Experience increating business requirements specifications use cases user stories acceptance criteria inaclear and concise form.
- Experience inwriting technical documentation creation ofsystem diagrams wireframes and prototypes.
- Basic knowledge ofsoftware architecture and microservices.
- Understanding of IP protocol stack REST API design integration protocols and data formats.
- Understanding ofweb and mobile application development processes.
- Selfmotivated wellorganized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements specifications use cases user stories and acceptance criteria for Ajax smarthome devices and features.
- Support the creation of technical documentation system diagrams wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax intrusion system.
- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems.
- Check that new requests dont break anything inthe existing product and compliant with the main product goals.
- Aid intesting ofaproduct.
Preferred skills:
- Good knowledge ofAtlassian stack (Jira Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (orsimilar).
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management engineering UX/UI customer support marketing.
- Presale experience.
- Ability to make architecturerelated decisions.
