Job Description
Your contribution
- Proper accounting of current business transactions
- Carrying out monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Special projects and process optimization in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Invoice verification and clarification of discrepancies with purchasing and posting
- Communication with suppliers processing of reminders and discount claims
- Posting incoming and outgoing payments clarifying payment discrepancies and monitoring cash discount claims
- Creating and executing SAP payment runs and carrying out manual payments and recurring postings
- Processing travel expense reports and administering the travel expense software
Your strengths
- Completed commercial training e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Good SAP FI and MS Office skills especially in Excel
- Structured resultsoriented and have a high level of detail and service orientation
- Team player reliable and have a handson mentality
- Very good German and good English skills
