Job Description
Essential Recruitment & Consult have partnered with Australias largest online pet retailer of pet foods and accessories located at their brand new site in Tarneit Melbourne. The pet industry growth is booming and our pets are holding bigger spaces in our hearts and homes more than ever before.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED WAREHOUSE WORKERS to join our team in Tarneit Melbourne as they continue to expand rapidly nationally. This is a great opportunity to be part of an excellent work culture and safety first environment with plenty of opportunities for career growth and work life balance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Packing of orders
- Dispatch / Sorting of orders
- RF Scanning
- Repetitive heavy lifting of up to 25kg
- Operating a electric pallet rider in a safe and operational manner (Linde machines)
- Dispatching orders for customers
- General housekeeping duties

Requirements
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties heavy lifting of approx 25kg
- Prior electric pallet rider experience or willingness to learn
- Have min 1 year experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties
- Be available 5 days a week on day shift. The hours of work will be approx 8am 4pm and/or 9am 5pm
- Have a good work ethic and reliable
- Be able to provide 2 x contactable recent references
- Be available to commence immediately if required
- Forklift lic highly regarded however not essential
- You must have full work rights
