20Summary:
The Sales Associate ensures service standards are met and surpassed by creating a positive experience for your customers from the moment they enter the store by smiling greeting making eye contact offering samples and by providing customers with fast and friendly service throughout their visit. The Sales Associate must be able to work fast move from task to task and consistently maintain a clean and comfortable store environment all while positively engaging with customers and guest and ensuring all candy smoothie ingredients toppings and yogurt maintains the highquality standard make sure all food items and ingredients are prepped restocked and nicely displayed. This position is also responsible for processing transactions through the cash register and accurately maintaining daily cash drawer preparing area to assure optimal standards are maintained throughout the store for service. The Sales Associate must maintain excellent customer service to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
12 years of customer service and cashier experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective customer service skills.
Ability to follow recipes to maintain quality standards
Ability to perform detailed assignments follow directions work under pressure. Readily adapt to change in routine and work assignments and relate to patients families and inter and intradepartmental staff.
Experience working with computers is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment.
Card must be current at all times during employment.
