More on Internal Controls Europe & Asia SAP Risk and Process Specialist role:

• The position supports the ongoing SAP and relevant systems risk management program as part of Internal Controls & SOX Compliance.
• Collaborate with internal security team to ensure ongoing governance and compliance with relevant policies procedures and controls.
• Ensure controls are maintained and support in responding to the external and internal audit team requests.
• Support the IT Governance Risk and Compliance monitoring.
• Assist in the maintenance of GRC risk library upgrades and assessing risks surrounding new customdeveloped SAP transactions.
• Deliver training to key users as needed.
• Supervise Segregation of Duties (SoD) program for key IT systems including regular risks analysis and reduction.
• Assist IT leads on key internal control related matters (Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance segregation of duties the design of controls in systems and processes and evaluation of risk).
• Monitor SoD risks and conflicts across the organization and work with the Financial Processes Manager to implement improvement initiatives to eliminate such risks.
• Support SAP authorization controls including SAP Firefighter debug and user access reviews.
• Lead Financial Processes standardization of existing SAP authorizations into standard composite SAP roles free of internal segregations of duties conflicts.
• Rollout of developed standard composite SAP roles across organization.
• Support BBS transitions.
• Provide ongoing support to the relevant locations already migrated to the standard composite roles.
• Develop and maintain process manuals and other documentation required to retain knowhow and allow for continuous improvement.
• Adopt a continuous improvement attitude to identify and deploy additional best practices/improvement initiatives.
• Support management in regional and global project from the system risks and authorization perspective including roles definition (technically and nomenclature) risk assessment and audit compliance.

We are looking for different aspects and education in our ideal candidate:

• Degree in a business accounting or an IT/IS related field. Business Administration qualification is a plus. SAP certification (GRC / Security) is a plus.
• Experience in IT Audit IT Security SAP or Risk Management function.
• Previous experience on roles reengineering projects in a multinational environment.
• Experience in Big 4 or Public Accounting experience preferred (either Audit Security GRC (governance risk and compliance) implementation or ERP consulting functions (beginning to experience associate level).
• SAP technical skills and SAP detailed audit experience is required.
• Knowledge of key business processes SOX and automated controls.
• Experience with SAP user administration and authorizations.
• Thorough understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) ruleset actions functions risks and mitigating controls.
• Experience with SAP Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) and applicable compliance systems.
• Solid project management and prioritization skills ability to manage various projects and initiatives.
• Fluent English is a must.
