Job Description
A Brooklynbased organization is looking to hire an IT Technician with extensive experience in handling advanced technical challenges. This role requires expertise in managing Level 3 desktop support and troubleshooting daily technical issues in a professional allmale office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 technical support resolving complex IT issues efficiently.
- Manage desktop support hardware/software configurations and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot network and server problems as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and asset tracking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Level 3 IT technician role.
- Strong expertise in desktop support networking and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with modern IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Location: Brooklyn (Boro Park) NY
Salary: $180200K
