Education: BE / DME Mechanical
Experience:8 to 15 years inHot Press forging (Press 1600ton 2500ton 1300ton)
Salary Up to 6.00 LPA
Job Profile :
Good Knowledge of Hot Press forging (Press 1600ton 2500ton 1300ton)
Monthly and Daily production planning as per given schedule by the marketing department.
Managing the Production / Manufacturing / Process improvement / Rejection control.
Manpower planning & allocation of people on the manufacturing line during the shift.
Managing the shop floor activities handling production team &conducting productivity analysis troubleshooting.
All production& QA auditable document control.
Responsible for achieving daily / monthly production target.
Inventory control by using KANBAN.
Smooth material flow with traceability.
Responsible for monthly production &OEE
Responsible for controlling & managing manpower
Responsible for equipment availability & assembly
Reduce cycle time &Reduce set up time
Responsible for better utilization of resources
To control rejection & rework during the production
Skill full dealing with workers for the best production
Responsible for continual improvement of the process.
Responsible for reducing downtime.
Reducing cycle times by adopting the new methods
Responsible to prepare oee & based on oee taking the corrective action
Working with 5S KAIZEN KANBAN POKAYOKE FMEA.TPM
Prepare production rejection s report daily& analysis chart monthly.
Impairing training to operator
Reduce nc during audits
Reduction in set up time of machines by using smed.
Ensure the process as per control plan.
Monitoring of consumable.
