Job Description
RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a New Business Sales Executive to join our clients team in Secunda. This is an exciting opportunity for a resultsdriven sales professional who thrives on building new client relationships and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a relevant qualification in Sales or Business is advantageous).
- Proven experience in new business sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
- A customercentric approach with a passion for building relationships.
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
