Job Description
Greet patients direct to exam rooms prepare for exam. Routine assistance during exams:
- set up trays for injections
- measure and record progress of patients
- take and record vital signs.
Assist with general office duties reception appointment scheduling filing and chart preparation. Contact various insurance companies to obtain authorizations for physical therapy MRs CTs surgery etc. Contact primary care physicians to obtain referrals on new patients or extensions of referrals on current patients.
NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience
Per Diem varies
G5: $19.50 $30.48
