Job Description:
As a Business Analyst Intern with the Enterprise Team at L3Harris you will work closely with our business analysis professionals to support various enterpriselevel projects and initiatives. This internship is designed to provide you with handson experience in analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and assisting in the implementation of innovative solutions. You will gain valuable insights into the operations of a leading aerospace and defense company and develop your analytical and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Support the development of process models workflows and diagrams to visualize business processes.
Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and documentation for senior management.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and successful project .
Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
Provide administrative support as needed to the Enterprise Team.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau) is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. JIRA Trello) is a plus.
Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
