We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Redmond WA office. This position will support various significant / flagship inspace missions for NASA DoD Commercial Primes. Youwill be responsible for management and contract performance of production and/or development programs. This individual will manage and direct assigned programs which includes defining and controlling program scope overall schedules and budget in accordance with applicable contractual and L3Harris policies.
Essential Functions:
- Program Leadership: Oversee the development testing and integration of propulsion systems for highprofile national aerospace or defense missions.
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and costeffective delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and ensure project stability throughout its lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams government agencies and other stakeholders ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on propulsion system design performance and compliance with national and international standards.
- Earned Value Management (EVM): Utilize EVM techniques to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with cost schedule and scope objectives.
- Team Coordination: Lead crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve mission success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 8 years of prior program management experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Strong background in propulsion systems and aerospace engineering.
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- PMP certification or Project Management certificate
- Experience with government or national aerospace programs is highly desirable.
- Capability to obtain a security clearance
- Periodic travel may be required
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Washington State is $90500$168500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
