Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a passionate and creative elementary art teacher to join Cross County Elementary. The successful candidate will inspire and encourage young students to explore their artistic talents while fostering a love for art. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ageappropriate art techniques a collaborative spirit and a commitment to nurturing the artistic growth of every student. Additionally this position will serve as an academic interventionist part of the time. The ideal candidate will work closely with students teachers and families to provide targeted academic support for students who are struggling to meet gradelevel standards. The academic interventionist will focus on personalized instruction datadriven interventions and fostering a growth mindset in students to help them succeed academically and reach their full potential.
