What youll do

As a working student (f/m/d) you will:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (internal and external partners) to structure document and support the development of innovative showcases for the public sector in Germany.
• Assist in maintaining and managing the Innovation Hub office location in Berlin ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
• Support the Customer Experience (CX) team with administrative tasks and help organize various innovationfocused customer and partner events.
• Take ownership of smaller innovation projects working closely with external partners to ensure their successful orchestration and .

What you bring

• Educational Background:
  • Enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Studying a relevant field such as Informatics Business Informatics IT Management or a related discipline.
• Technical Skills & Interests:
  • Passionate about cloudbased innovations with familiarity or experience in Microsoft Azure (preferred) or any other Cloud platform.
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies including IaaS PaaS and SaaS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word Excel SharePoint).
  • Basic IT knowledge and programming skills (an advantage).
• Languages:
  • Business fluency in both German and English.

Meet your team

The Customer Experience (CX) department is responsible for shaping and maintaining relationships with customers and partners of Delos Cloud the sovereign cloud solution for the public sector in Germany. Our focus is on building a dynamic customer and partner ecosystem successfully completing the Microsoft Sovereign Cloud (MSSC) audit project at the federal level and strategically planning and implementing the market launch of Delos Cloud. With the platform launch in 2025 the CX team will take on the task of continuously improving customer and partner satisfaction and efficiently addressing customer concerns.
